Leading Through Change
We are pleased to present this month’s Leadership Reimagined episode featuring Douglas Peterson, President, CEO, and Board Member of S&P Global. Join us for an inspiring conversation to hear Doug discuss his leadership principles and how they have helped him make decisions during times of change, including issues such as sustainability and DEI. “It’s important that the tone starts at the top because the people in the organization look to the top to see – how are you behaving? Not just what you’re saying, but what are you doing? From the first day I became CEO, we started thinking about the future of our board and how our board is going to reflect the markets around us, but also become more diverse and very specifically bringing more women on our board.”
A purpose-driven leader with vision, values, accountability, communication, and transparency, Doug Peterson is truly leading through change at S&P Global.
Doug Peterson joined S&P Global in 2011 as President of its credit ratings business and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of S&P Global since 2013.
