Janice Ellig, CEO and founder of Ellig Group, sits down with real leaders in this series of game-changing conversations, bespoke to fellow champions of change. Heralded by Bloomberg Businessweek as one of “The World’s Most Influential Headhunters,” Janice is often consulted for her expertise and her commitment to gender parity, inclusion, and diversity.

We conducted this month’s episode of Leadership Reimagined, “Broadway’s Most Powerful Producer,” featuring Daryl Roth, prior to the current unprecedented world events. While many remain in lockdown, we do not want to be in isolation. So we invite you to take a brief intermission from the social separation to learn about Broadway and its collection of 41 theaters, through the perspective of American producer, and twelve-time Tony Award-winner, Daryl Roth, well known for her popular musical, “Kinky Boots.”

With the Theatre District dark and live performances globally nonexistent, many are missing the enjoyment of theatre and the performing arts. Whether to a New Yorker or visitor from out of town, Broadway resonates worldwide: the impassioned monologues, refined orchestration of instruments, colorful costumes, from drama to musicals with outstanding dancers – all have a way of bringing us to our feet, collectively expressing gratitude for its remarkable productions.
