Alicia Boler Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Alto Pharmacy. Alicia started her career at General Motors, where she spent nearly 25 years in manufacturing, product development, customer experience, product quality, and lastly, as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Labor Relations. Before Alto, she led global fulfillment as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment at Amazon and was a member of the company’s senior team. She also led the company’s worldwide network of customer service operations, robotics, technology, sustainability, product assurance, real estate, construction, and procurement organizations.
Among other awards and accolades, Alicia was named one of Business Insider’s 2018 Most Powerful Female Engineers, Career Communications Group’s 2018 Black Engineer of the Year, and one of Fortune’s 2020 and 2021 Most Powerful Women.
